I trust Boradori. I have had them work on my pt cruiser several times in the last couple years, and they have always gotten to the bottom of the problem quickly without gouging. I have never had poor customer service, as mentioned in some of the negative reviews. But, these are mechanics, not receptionists, so if you got your feelers hurt, toughen up. If you want someone to throw compliments your way and make you smile, go to Dutch Bros.

As with all things automotive, it is hard to qualify the job done quickly. That said, I always feel like you guys are thorough, friendly, and willing to discuss the items you find.

I've been an on and off customer for several years. I've found your prices competitive and service reliable. One thing I really appreciated about my previous truck mechanic Gary Harris in Orland was they would quote me service estimates with used parts from Pick & Pull.

Mike was very helpful in explaining what needed to be repaired on my car and what was done. He was also very cheerful a shuttle driver When I brought my car in because the engine light was on, my car was given immediate attention even tho it was late in the day and I had no appointment. Jeff made great chocolate chip cookies!!!
