I got everything I asked for plus more free of charge. Complimentary 30 pt check and simple light bulbs were replaced. Mike worked in my best interest and answered all of my questions pragmatically. I give Boradori 5 stars and will be a returning customer for sure!

It's funny, Boradori is a family business and I guess you can say we are a family of customers. My Dad has been taking his vehicles to Boradori for years and I've followed in his footsteps. The guys at the shop are trustworthy and they work hard to get the job done right. I'd recommend the shop if you are looking for a place to get good work done with honesty and integrity.

I had a great experience at Boradori. My car was diagnosed and fixed within a day. The staff are very friendly and the prices were very fair. I went there one time before for a transmission flush because it was about 100 dollars less than at the original place I went. They also have a complimentary shuttle which enabled me to avoid an expensive cab ride home. Overall, the people working there are very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I will definitely take my car back for maintenance and anything else that may come up.

After multiple difficulties with a local dealership, I was referred to Boradori's for a second opinion for major repairs. It was found that these repairs were not necessary!! The work that was needed cost 2/3s of the money I had set aside for the "dealership" repairs. That day I became a member of the "Boradori family." They have always been thorough, honest, efficient and cost-effective! They have kept my now 13 year old car on the road and I have been ever grateful for all they do...the dependable work, the shuttle service, refreshments in the waiting area, cookies, and even the fresh flowers! I now live in Sacramento, but do not trust anyone else with my car. Jeff and company are the best shop I have ever dealt with and I will continue to drive 100 miles to Chico for all my service and repair needs.
