Repair went well, had to wait for parts but not Boradori’s fault. Staff was friendly and competent. Only complaint I had was them not knowing they’d have to set up new transmission after installing it. They ended up charging meat the end a nominal fee that they should have included to begin with.

Jeff, we were not informed by the supplier that it needed programming either (most transmissions do not). It is for situations like this that we inform customers with engine or transmission replacements to budget about 10-15% for unknown incidentals such as mounts, brittle parts that break, etc. This would certainly fall under that category. I'm so sorry that you had to wait so long for the transmission to get here only to be faced with that charge at the end. I would be happy to do the first transmission service at 50% off for the inconvenience.

Very friendly staff, owner usually on site. Had a little hiccup when replacing filters but they fixed it no prob when I told them about it. I will continue to go there & refer them to others

I am not sure what services I’ve received because I am not a car person and it’s been a minute I’ve waited to write this review. I have an older car (2004) that has needed quite a bit of costly repairs this last few years and I began going to Boradori for a few reasons: 1- they have a good local reputation 2- their location is convenient for me 3- they usually have loaner vehicles if they need to keep your car for more than a day which is very important to me as I don’t have anyone else to rely on without my car 4- they have always been friendly and professional which I also appreciate as a single female without much car knowledge. However, my experience went from good to outstanding the last repair I had when an issue came up with one of the parts used (happens sometimes and not their fault). When it was brought to their attention that their was an issue with my repair they handled it with urgency and redid a costly repair at their own expense. It is my belief that a good business handles day to day issues in a professional and courteous manner but a truly GREAT business is measured by how they rise to the occasion when something goes wrong. Thank you Boradori for taking care of me and my car and your resolution of this issue has turned me from a regular customer to a loyal lifelong one willing to recommend you to anyone who asks:)
