I took my 2000 4runner to these guys after it had overheated while I was in the mountains. These guys diagnosed the problem for me and fixed her right up in a very timely manner too. These guys are super professional and I would totally go back to them again, great people and great service even though I am a young man I know I did not get taken advantage of by these guys, incredible work my car feels better than it ever did.

I had previously taken my 2005 audi a6 to 3 different places who said they could fix my igniton switch and program it to my car and all 3 places could not even attempt to do the work and quoted me in the 500$ range and directed me to the dealership. I decided to try one last place before I went to the dealership and it was Boradori automotive and left my car there for 2 hrs came back and my car was fixed perfectly. And the best part was it only cost me 140$. Great service and excellent price. I was amazed.

Never again one of the guys were condescending toward me. My mothers pearl necklace dissapeared my key pad is destroyed. Someone messed with my car and my husband picked this place out never again

**Update*** Jeff called and offered a sincere apology. It means a lot. He promised to make it right. I will make sure to come back. Thank you for reaching out, Jeff. *** After years of living in Chico, I wanted to find a local, small business to take my car in to get it serviced. My sister and brother in law recommended Boradori, and after reading the reviews, I was looking forward to establishing a long-term relationship. Unfortnately, a routine oil change and tire rotation left me on the side of the road; and a one hour appointment, turned into a three day inconvenience. What I will say, is mistakes happen. People make mistakes. But it was a rather careless mistake. The mechanic who worked on my car neglected to bolt down the panel underneath my car following my oil change. It left me on the side of HWY 99 during commuter traffic in 100 degree heat. Thankfully, Donald was still at the shop and sent a tow. When I made it back to the shop, he had a loaner car ready and I was just grateful to be out of the heat. The following day, I came back to pick up my car. I was gracious even though there was no offer of resolution. There was no refund, no discount on the next service, just an apology. That is okay. I didn't make a fuss. I just wanted to get home after a long and difficult day. The major problem I had was when I got home. After being patient and gracious, I looked up and behold, oil-stained finger prints on my cream colored fabric, on the ceiling of my car. At that point, I became very frustrated, but remained calm. When I called the shop back, Donald answered. When I told him of the oil-stained fabric, he said, "I don't have control over what the guys do in the back." At that point, I was stunned. Where does the buck stop? Does it make it okay? If that is the attitude, then in my mind, anything goes. Why would I take my car back for service again if they could disrespect my property so blatantly. Its hard. I just got a job after months of unemployment, only to be furloughed. I am pinching pennies right now but I work hard for everything I have. And I try hard to take care of what I have as to make it last. So needless to say, my shock at Donald's response became one of anger. Donald asked me to come back a third time to clean the ceiling. So I did. When I arrived the third day, Donald had the ceiling of the car cleaned where the finger prints were located. They did a good job. But still, aside from an apology, there was no desire to go above and beyond. I mean, I would have been happy with a 5% discount on my next service, or a free tire rotation. Anything, I mean anything to get me to come back. But truthfully, I don't think they need my business. Maybe they don't want it. Regardless, no one felt more disappointed than me. Like I said, mistakes happen. But being careless, man...that is a real bummer.
