I know that Boeadori the mechanics are smart, great at their work, and are trustworthy.

The care and respect Mike demonstrated to my wife and I occasioned by our smog test. He also noted the mileage on our car and asked if we had a timing belt change.

Every time I've gone in they've been on time and either at or under the quoted price. Great service.

The service here is top notch. All of the mechanics are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. They even offer a rewards program! I have been here several times for oil changes, AC tune-ups and diagnostic work and have always been happy. The only downside is that they are pricey. I would definitely come back when I have the cash!

I live in the Bay Area and was in Chico for a work thing. On my drive up my car suddenly started overheating. I found Boradori's by chance and am so happy I did! They were able to fit me in on just a couple of hours notice and were so helpful. Mike was great about explaining everything he was doing in a way that I could understand (I'm definitely not a car person!), which helped calm my stress about the situation. They weren't able to completely fix the problem since it turned out to be a recall issue, but they fixed it enough so I could get back to the Bay Area and have the dealer do the big fix. I couldn't be more grateful for Mike and his team...they definitely saved my day!

My wife started researching online and on the phone to get an idea for brake service on our 2005 Honda CRV, and what brought us to Boradori was their positive reviews online and the excellent customer service that Mike gave my wife over the phone. We made the appointment to have our vehicle serviced and Boradori completed our request the same day. We had complete communication from Mike as to the status and what parts were needed to complete the service, no surprises! We are a first time customer and Extremely satisfied with Boradori, we will refer anyone we know to them that wants excellent service, open communication and a very friendly atmosphere. Even with my poor planning and thinking ahead to schedule an oil change before a road trip, Jeff was able to schedule me the week I called. Appreciated the service, feedback on what my vehicle Ned's in weeks/months to come and friendly staff.
