I also liked that they offer you rides to and from their shop, so that you can still go about your day while they work on your car. There are not enough words to convey how great Boradori Automotive in Chico California is when servicing their customers. I've have had the best-of-the-best experiences when dealing with the issues of owning an aging vehicle. The service providers at Boradori have always been up-front and honest and have always given excellent workmanship and have always backed their warranties!!! Always!!! Without complaint... without hidden language... without gimmick, tricks, inflated costs, or finger pointing. For a business to stay in business for over 35 years means they know how to treat their customers. I recommend avoiding the inflated overhead of the local dealerships for the fair, reasonable, and courteous experience that is given by the loyal Boradori professionals.

The true test of any business is how they respond when things do not go as planned.My son brought his Jeep in for repair due to a stalling problem. It was determined by Boradori as a bad cam shaft sensor. It was changed but the problem continued. They let us know that they were having problems with the after market sensors and had ordered one from the dealer. Unfortunately my son was headed home to the Bay Area before the sensor would be in. Karen from Boradori stated that if the problem occurred again I could get it repaired under warranty at any NAPA supported repair shop. Once back home the problem did occur again but I could not find a NAPA shop so I took it to the mechanic I use. He found the cam shaft sensor was bad due to a crimped wire. He was able to secure a factory original part and installed it. When I let Karen know about this she stated she would talk with her shop owner and get back to me. She called me back within 2 hours, WOW! and informed me that her shop would pay for my repairs. I received a check within 5 days.When my son returns to Chico I know we can trust Boradori for future repairs and that they will stand by their work and make things rightThanks Karen for excellent customer service!
