I'm very mixed with the rating I gave. I know there was quite a few issues with my Jeep Patriot. They had my car several months trying to resolve the lack of power and both front and back drive systems and finding the parts to fit my Jeep. Yes, during this time, they provided a loaner car for my use, which I truly appreciated. However, at this time I still have some issues with noticing grinding and banging in both front and back of my Jeep that started about a week in finally receiving my car. During the time of going back and forth with the repairs and my bringing the car in for further repairs, some of which was under their warranty. There was scratches that occured on my driver's door, yes, one was reimbursed to be repaired. But 2 new ones appeared. The headliner above my driver's seat is a greasy mess as well. And one last issue which I know I can not prove and complain about under their stolen items clause, my Classic IPod is not in my car since the last time my car was dropped off to repair the rear noise. I now have further noises under the car and I feel that after the amount of time and money exchanged between us, I'm going to find another shop in town to resolve the issues that had not been resolved by Boradori.
