Very professional!! Worked with me to get our Lexus CT200h in for oil change; and even looked up my car to get it’s previously done maintenance history! Very impressed, highly recommended!

We love our "Service Intelligence" program allowing us to look up service history on customer's vehicles (even vehicles not in our system), as long as those services were reported to CarFax. It is one extra step that we have taken to provide professional service to our customers.

I was doing smog work on my car and needed some unique steps to get through such as an Update on my PCM. Very formal. Very nice and they got me in quick which I'm so grateful for. Happy to say I passed Smog. Thanks Boradori!
