Chico Auto Repair

I went for a “re-fresh” on my truck just wanting a check up and a fluid change. For $80 a technician rode with me to identify the issues, I got a laundry list of $5500 worth of work suggested. After checking the list, there wasn’t a single item that didn’t make sense to replace. I couldn’t afford the whole list and Sal helped me sort out what would be best for my truck. The prices were very amazing for the quality of work, and I’m someone who doesn’t totally trust mechanics. The work was done in two days and they offer loaner cars if you need one. Give these guys a chance, I promise after 65 years of business they have figured some things out.

Boradori does thorough work and stands by it. I originally went to them for an oil change and it was probably the most in depth one I've had. The change came with a long list of things the technician checked on my truck. Unfortunately, a month later, I actually needed a larger job done and they arranged a rental for me. Overall, I would say I was pleased with the job and the staff there always seem to be willing to help and friendly. I recommend this business.

Awesome staff, they kept me informed at all times

When I called about a brake and light inspection they referred me to a shop in Oroville that was extremely disgusting. Being redirected out of Chico just to get away from other shops that might be their competitors is unprofessional and rude. I will never recommend this automotive repair shop.

They done good job fix the issue and was more than reasonable.And was patient with my impatience too....

Edit: I received a smog check and was told my car did not pass smog due to a monitor being "not ready." No check engine light was on.I was told if a repair was done in house they would retest the car for free. I said no, drove the car for a week and brought it in to be retested without any repairs. I was charged for another smog check because no repairs were done in house. Initially I was upset about this policy as it is not what I have experienced in the past with other shops. The owner asked me to contact him and explained this was his policy, and in addition it is against the law in California for a shop to run a diagnostic on a before a smog check and notify the customer it will fail. I thoroughly appreciate the outreach and even though I would have preferred a complimentary re-test I can attest that their customer service is top notch

The team at Boradori is phenomenal. They always give my Honda a good look through even when I come in just for an oil change. They catch things before they become problems, which is absolutely how I like to maintain my vehicle that I rely on to commute. On top of the great service, the customer service is great and the prices are fair. They are good communicaters and I've only ever experienced great attitudes!
