Boradori is the only shop in Chico I will take my business too. They’re trustworthy, they have competitive prices. They also offer free shuttle and rental car services while your vehicle is being worked on. As a woman especially, I appreciate they don’t try to talk down to me or overcharge me, like most of the shops, even big ones like Pep Boys, have always done to me. If I need something explained they do so happily, and most of the time will physically show me anything wrong they found during an inspection. I really appreciate this shop. Plus they have a dog that hangs around! Nothing better than that.
