The mechanics did a great job. My only problem was the lack of communication. I brought it in on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready by Thursday. It wasn't. It was finally ready the following Friday. If I would have known it was going to take that long I wouldn't have left it there. I also was not told how long it would take. I live in San Jose and had to be back at work that Monday. I must have called them 4 or 5 times and no one every said how long it was going to take. Overall, I wouldn't bring it back because of this . I'm sure they did a good job but it wasn't worth worrying whether I was still going to have a job.
Kenneth, getting you back on the road is one thing but how we do it is another. There is no excuse for poor communication. Even though I may have a few excuses in my back pocket, it is not your problem. We have processes in place to prevent this from happening with our customers, and I sincerely apologize for your inconvenience, and the length of time it took to get your vehicle back.
