We did a smog check/certification. First appointment took 2 hours??? Second one was about 30 minutes - which is what I would expect. Friendly and courteous staff. Decent waiting area - with plenty of beverage choices. Convenient for me to go there since its near work - but the street parking is terrible.

Fortunately, Ron we have all the parking we need to keep our customers well taken care of, with a drop off area that is always available, and pick-up is a breeze when our staff pulls your vehicle around to our side door for you to pull straight away. You're right though, Humboldt is a happening place!

Performed service on our 2015 BMW - first time in for real service. Great job! Quick shuttle service from/to the location to pickup the car. Much less than the dealership - and we get AAA discount as well!

I have used this shop for my company vehicle and the staff has always been courteous and helpful. This visit with my personal truck was no different. My diesel truck needed a smog test and passed with no issues. Good for two more years, Thanks Boradori 👍
